Highlights this week
Málaga's last week of October is all Halloween: theatrical tours, parties, kids' workshops and a big night of concerts on the 31st. But there's also flamenco, comedy and a calm close with the Philharmonic. Here's what caught our eye from 26 October to 1 November.
Halloween

The star of the week is the Halloween Theatrical Tour, an immersive walk through the La Concepción botanical gardens on Saturday the 31st (19:00, €17). The same day, Halloween at OXO turns the Video Game Museum into a horror experience, and Friday kicks off the free Halloween Party at La Fábrica de Cruzcampo (17:00) and Danza y fiesta en Halloween on Carretera de Cádiz (17:00, €5).
Live music

A big night on the 31st: flamenco from Falete at Teatro ESAD (20:30, €22.05), rock from Airbag at La Cochera Cabaret (21:00, €18-22), and El Chacal celebrating Halloween at Sala La Farándula (22:30, €35-45). During the week, Stivijoes and Neverland Bari play La Cochera on Wednesday. The Philharmonic closes Sunday with its Programme 02 in a chamber format at the Museo de Málaga (12:00).
Stage & comedy

Friday fills up with laughs and theatre: La Estoa wraps its comedy run at NOMA Backstage Club (18:30), Charlie Pee presents Maricarmen at La Cochera (19:00), and the drama The Singer and the Dancer comes to Sala Joaquín Eléjar (19:00, €12-15).
Family & daytime plans

For the little ones, Saturday the 31st brings Creative Saturdays with a Halloween workshop at the Automobile Museum (11:00, €18) and free Family Saturdays: Move Your Skeleton! at the Russian Museum Collection (11:30 and 17:00). Midweek, Art & Beer offers a painting workshop at La Fábrica on Wednesday (18:30, €35), and the Somos Futuro talk on technology and careers fills the Polo de Contenidos Digitales on Wednesday (10:00).

And to start November, Sunday the 1st brings Coco, Musical Tribute, family musical theatre, to Teatro ESAD (19:00, €19.85).
